Objectives: The contractor shall perform molecular signaling analyses using peptide/protein measurement via HPLC, LC-MS analyses which will allow researchers to determine the best method to produce optimal signaling within a colony and will support model development; phage particle measurement using Transmission Electron Microscopy/Scanning Electron Microscopy (TEM/SEM) analyses which will be used to describe and characterize phage isolates; cyanobacteria inhibition using peptide/protein measurement using via HPLC, LC-MS analyses to determine effectiveness of plasmids containing genes to alter circadian rhythm of cyanobacteria; and trehalose measurement via High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and/or Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) analyses to determine the impact on ....
