Installation of metal guardrails in a residence

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for supply and installation of metal guardrails in a residence of the US Mission to France.   

The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.  The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.   The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
