INSTALLATION OF 183 WINDOW A/C UNITS INCLUDING MATERIALS

The purpose of amendment 04 is to:

1. Extend the Quote due date to Friday 25 August 2025 at 11:00 A.M Pacific Standard Time.
2. Update Period of Performance to start on August 6th, 2025.
3. Clarify that vendors shall meet the requirements of this SOW and address the items listed in the parts list. Contractors can use the spreadsheet provided in the Solicitation or provide their own document but must list and address each item requested in the SOW and their specifications for proper evaluation.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
