(1) DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED WORK This notice serves as the pre-solicitation notice for a construction project: Install Tepid Water Heaters for Emergency Shower/Eye Wash Stations. The location of work will be at the pump station 1, 2 and 3 in DFSP Hachinohe, Japan.
