This is a combined synopsis/solicitation being issued under the authority of FAR 13.5.

The Library of Congress (Library) Collections Management Division under Discovery and Preservation Services, Preservation Directorate (DPS/PRES/CMD) requires an Inspection Contractor to provide inventory management support services to the Library of Congress (LC) by assisting with collection inventory projects in multiple formats.
