INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) RESTRICTED A-E CONTRACTS FOR SURVEYING, MAPPING, AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF MISSISSIPPI VALLEY DIVISION (MVD), UNITED STATES ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (USACE) 1.
