The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to TDS/Happy Valley Telephone Company for Facilities Access Service for a T1 Data Circuit (Circuit ID: 32PMNJ290800-000-PT). The circuit provides dedicated data communication between Trinity Dam and Keswick Dam, supporting the real-time operation of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.

TDS/Happy Valley has continuously provided this circuit since 2001 and is the only Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) authorized to service the area.
