This is a competitive request for proposal (RFP) for detention management support services at the Krome Service Processing Center (SPC) in Miami, Florida.   This is a 100% small business set-aside for 8(a) program participants, as approved by the SBA.

As a result of this solicitation, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to issue a single award under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) using the source selection procedures of FAR 15 (Contracting by Negotiation).

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent.  The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, on behalf of Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) for detention management support services at the Krome Service Processing Center (SPC) in Miami, Florida.

This will be a 100% small business set-aside for 8(a) program participants, as approved by the SBA.  Interested parties must be Certified 8(a) program participants under the appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), 561612 - Security Guards and Patrol Services.  The NAICS code size standard is $22 million.
