NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE/SOLE SOURCE The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Illumina, Inc., for the purchase of reagents that are compatible with the MiSeq Sequencing Instrument. See attached SON for further details. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR part 13 and Commercial procedures in FAR part 12.
