This pre-solicitation pertains to Ice Harbor Dam Navigation Lock Upstream Tainter Gate in accordance with the Technical Specifications for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District. The intent is to acquire a fabricated Tainter Gate with fabricated storage cradles and with associated services of on-site metrology, off-loading, placement, and installation of temporary fencing. This will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract with associated services.
