NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE – Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Missile Guidance Set (MGS) SE-437C Silver Zinc Batteries, NSN 6135-01-527-1422AH, Qualification and Production Assets.

The Supply Chain Management Contracting Division, Hill Air Force Base, UT intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, with EaglePicher Technologies, LLC.  This will be a new contract action with an estimated award date of October 2024.
