The attached Request for Proposal (RFP), SP4706-25-R-00006 and its associated attachments, is for the Hydrant Fueling Automation Maintenance (HFAM) requirement that was previously synopsized on this site on 09 July 2025 through 23 July 2025.

This acquisition is for services supporting the maintenance and sustainment of the installed HFAM equipment located at multiple places of performance worldwide. This upcoming acquisition is for services supporting the maintenance and sustainment of numerous automated hydrant systems worldwide, which includes providing all personnel, equipment, materials, maintenance Program Management, and services to perform the sustainment of the Hydrant Fueling Automation Maintenance (HFAM) systems. The HFAM program maintains hydrant fueling systems that use programmable logic controller (PLC) automation and other control interfaces. The PLC automation reads inputs from the field devices and writes outputs for automated control of the hydrant systems. The PLC equipment along with the field devices must be maintained to ensure safe and efficient operation of the Automated Fuel Systems.
