HVEL VISION LICENSES

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for OEM Hirsch Secure HVEL Vision Licenses. This requirement is sole sourced due to Hirsch Secure having a valid Authority to Operate on the current security system and the organization is required to maintain current software licensing per SECNAV 5230.15 and DON DoD Risk Management Framework DoD 8510.01.
