HVAC System Replacement and Upgrade/Refrigerated Air Conversion

The existing HVAC systems serving facilities at the Smokey Bear Ranger District have sustained significant operational degradation due to wildfire impacts and subsequent water intrusion, resulting in compromised indoor air quality, reduced system reliability and increased risk of equipment failure. This project proposes full replacement and upgrade to HVAC systems to restore safe, functional and compliant building operations. During recent wildfire events airborne ash and fine particulate matter infiltrated multiple buildings and mechanical systems.
