A.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

B.  The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal healthcare service, commercial item, single award, purchase order HVAC, Plumbing and Controller Repair Services at the Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center, Sisseton, South Dakota in response to RFQ 75H70626Q00161. This acquisition will be conducted under FAR Part 12.
