THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The work of this project involves replacing aging HVAC systems and solving issues with thermal comfort at Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA. Both fan coil units and condensing units shall be replaced with new heat pump systems. New heat pump systems shall be controlled via programmable thermostats.
