This solicitation is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) using procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13. The Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC) requires support services in the removal, installation, and maintenance of existing UltraPure Systems humidification units and the Reverse Osmosis Deionization (RODI) water purification systems.
