The purpose of this requirement is to acquire comprehensive janitorial and recycling collection services in support of National Institutes of Health (NIH) facilities, operations, and research environments. The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and other resources necessary to perform the required services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and NIH policies.

Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for comprehensive custodial and recycling services in support of NIH facilities.

The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform routine and non-routine custodial services and recycling support in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
