Hotel and Meeting Package in Jakarta 18-20 May 2026

The U.S. Embassy Jakarta, invites qualified five-star hotels in Jakarta to submit proposals for comprehensive venue and lodging services for a three-day training course scheduled for May 18-20, 2026. We seek a distinguished property managed by an international hotel chain that meets U.S. Embassy standards of health, safety, and security, located in Jakarta, with no renovation work during the event period. The selected hotel will serve as a critical partner in creating an environment conducive to learning, collaboration, and professional excellence.

Term of payment is net 30 days after goods received and proper invoice.
This RFQ is being competed, please make your quotation most competitive. 
We preserve the right to accept or deny any sales quotation should it be too low or too high in price. 
We plan to issue Purchase Order (PO) document to the winning bidder.
