Hotel and conference services to support Regional IDEC conference to be held in Chiang Rai, Thailand from March 30 – April 4, 2026

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Bangkok, Thailand will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov when it is available.

This solicitation will be for provision of Hotel and conference services to support Regional IDEC conference to be held in Chiang Rai, Thailand from March 30 – April 4, 2026.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The U.S. government intends to award the Purchase Order (P.O.) to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
