The response date for Phase II Proposal Volumes (except Oral Presentations which is a later date) is updated to reflect January 13, 2026 at 5PM EST. NOTE: Phase I optional submissions are no longer being accepted. The government is revewing Phase I submissions and plans to send out advisory notices (as referenced in the RFP) to respondents on or around January 9, 2026.
