Please see questions and answers below 1. Paragraph 1.12.4. Suggests that "no technician will physically need to work on the software at or on WAMC", however Paragraph 5.5 calls for "in person maintenance support within four (4) hours of notification." Onsite support is not customary for software projects such as this (in favor of skilled, remote 24x7 support); onsite support would add substantial cost, and, based on a review of previous WAMC Incident Management PWS it would appear that this is a new requirement. Would the government consider waiving onsite support requirements in favor of the associated cost savings? |
