Amendment P00001 - Is an update to RFO36C24926Q0099 - Honeywell-Based 1962HHD Ultra Cordless BCMA Firmware Scanners.

The purpose of this modification is to update the previous solicitation for Honeywell 1962HHD scanners for the Murfreesboro VA Medical Center. All interested vendors are to only reference this updated amended RFO as the correct solicitation. Note that the Warranty information has been updated, as well as the Description and Requirements which is stated on the amended RFO36C24926Q0099 P00001 solicitation. 
This modification has been extended and will close on 02/16/2026.

Murfreesboro VA Medical Center Requests for Offer (RFO) under FAR Part 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services," are requesting a quantity of 26 Honeywell-Based 1962HHD ULTRA Cordless BCMA Firmware Scanner KIT: Includes BCMA Firmware, Setup card, FIPS 140-2, USB Cable, 5 Year Comprehensive Warranty with TCG EWP Warranty Protection.

Solicitation requirements and product salient characteristics are included within the attached RFQ document and attachments.
