Homeland Security Cutter - Light Icebreaker (HSC-L) Solicitation

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 70Z02326R93280004 for the Homeland Security Cutter - Light Icebreaker (HSC-L) acquisition.

The Government intends to award an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the design, production, testing, delivery, and related supplies and services for HSC-L vessels in accordance with the solicitation.

The HSC-L program supports recapitalization of the Coast Guard’s domestic icebreaking and waterways commerce support fleet through acquisition of multi-mission vessels capable of performing icebreaking, aids to navigation, waterways management, and related Coast Guard missions.
