HMO Elevator Maintenance Service

The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo isseeking qualified contractors to provide Elevator Maintenance Services 
under a fixed-price contract
.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, mate-rials, equipment, and services necessary toperform maintenance at the U.S. ConsulateGeneral in Hermosillo.
The contract term will consist on a baseyear and four (4) one-year option periodsfrom the date of the contract award.

All responsible sources may submit an offer,which will be considered. The Governmentmay award the contract based on the initialoffer without discussion.

All offerors must be registered in the SAM(System for Award Management) Databasehttps://www.sam.gov prior to submittingan offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are en-couraged to register prior to the submittalof quotations/proposals.
