Solicitation Document for Parker 2A. The Enterprise Hill Commodity Council (EHCC) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support, in coordination with the 409th, 411th, 416th, 417th, 421st, 422nd, and 423rd Supply Chain Management Squadrons (SCMS), are developing an outcome-based support strategy for actuator assemblies that are proprietary to Parker Hannifin Corporation (Parker).
