The USDA, ARS, PWA requires a high-capacity soil batch mixer to produce enough growing mix to fill pots for 80,000 to 120,000 potato seedlings. The batch mixer shall meet the specifications in attachment 2 – Specifications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.
