8.3.26 - Update to attach solicitation Q&A. The Naval War College (NWC) requires the procurement of HID Signo PIVClass readers. The readers will be used to replace existing hardware, support OSDP readiness, and enable CAC-based physical access through the Lenel OnGuard access control environment.
