HI MIDWAY ATOLL NWR TRANSPORTATION/BOAT SERVICES IDIQ

This requirement is for a Transportation Service single award IDIQ from HI to Midway with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.

Vendor shall submit:
A. Evidence of the vessel being able to transport the items identified in the SOW in one trip.

This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203(a) in response to the mandatory 15-day notification before issuance of a solicitation.

This is NOT a request for proposals (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation to Bid. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to request industry comments for a Transportation services IDIQ for Hawaii to Midway, with included small boat services for drop offs at islands along the way.


The proposed Single award IDIQ will be set aside for small businesses under NAICS:483111, Deep Sea Freight Transportation, size standard 1,050 employees.
