The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Heating Fuel Supply, Hopkinton Lake and Everett Lake, Hopkinton and Weare, NH. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE.
