The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Order Agreement (BOA) order to provide from Rolls-Royce Corporation (RRC), Gas Turbine Engines. The proposed order is for two (2) MT5S-HE+ Gas Turbine Engines, PN 23092179. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements,” as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1.
