HDCSO Analytical Laboratory Systems (ALS) Course Instruction Services

The government requires a contractor to provide instructional support to the Analytical Laboratory Systems (ALS) Operator?s Course which instructs Civil Support Teams (military). The performance requirement that must be met includes instruction of four iterations of the ALS Operator course. The course has an annual throughput of 32 students. The maximum number of students is 8 per course and the instructor to student ratio is one to four (1:4).
