AMENDMENT 0001: This amendment is issued to update the combined synopsis/solicitation for Hazardous Material Supply Operations (HMSO) at Fort Bliss, TX.  The purpose of the amendment is listed on page 1 of the attachment named "W56ZLW-26-Q-0003 P0001 Amendment - Combined Synopsis and Solicitation". All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This requirement is set aside for competition among eligible SBA-certified 8(a) participants. The applicable NAICS code is 562112 (Hazardous Waste Collection).
