The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for a Design-Build project for the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary located at, 726 S. Kihei Rd, Kihei, HI 96753. This project constitutes renovation of the Visitor Center Building, Learning Center Building, Classroom/Office Building, and site improvements.
