The US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation that will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Harry S. Truman Lake in Benton, MO. The work includes, but is not limited to, completing all tasks required for construction, commissioning, and project closeout for the replacement of the service elevator at the Harry S.
