This PRESOLICITATION NOTICE is posted in accordance with RFO Subpart 5.1. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District hereby announces its intent to issue an unrestricted solicitation for a Design-Bid-Build construction project entitled, “Haleiwa Small Boat Harbor Maintenance Dredging and Revetted Mole Repair, Haleiwa, Oahu, Hawaii.” The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price construction contract utilizing Sealed Bidding procedures prescribed at RFO Part 14.
