This notice serves as a pre-solicitation synopsis: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis to Textron Systems Corporation- Cage 97384, for the Evaluation, Calibration, Minor Repair, and Major Repair of ABE Model 310A (P/N) 40262-44000-40, (NIIN) 015404173 in support of Foreign Military Sales for the Bahrain H-1 Helicopter Program.
