Guatemala - Server for GIO exchange tool

The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala’s International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) section seeks to procure, install, and configure a server to support the GIO information exchange tool. The system will support up to 50 users and will manage a  significant volume of case documents and data with high availability, security, and scalability.

The Contactor shall provide all labor, services, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, standard equipment warranty and all requirements necessary to accomplish the efforts described in this Statement of Work (SOW).

The equipment must be clean, new, not previously used and must be in optimal operating conditions and quality. All manuals shall be furnished in Spanish.
