The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) requires mobile communication services and devices to support school operations in Guam. Reliable mobile capability is essential for school leadership, administration, facilities, transportation personnel, and emergency response, including support for student activities and field trips.

DoWEA operates a global school system serving military-connected students and requires modern mobile solutions to ensure effective communication across geographically dispersed locations.

The Contractor shall provide mobile devices (smartphones and basic communication devices), associated service plans, warranty support, and administrative services in accordance with the solicitation requirements.
