Group A Hardware Kits for F-35 Aircraft

The F-35 Lightning II Program Office intends to issue an order under Basic Agreement N00019-24-G-0010. The U.S. Government (USG) requires Group A hardware kits delivery for Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) modifications of the F-35 Lightning II aircraft. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3201(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
