COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION

The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, supplies/materials, equipment, transportation, and other items and services as necessary to perform lawn care and landscape maintenance services as required under this contract.  Lawn maintenance service shall include grass mowing to an appropriate height, trimming and edging around buildings/property boundary, and sidewalks as well as the removal of grass clippings.  Additional landscape maintenance includes flowerbed weeding, tree and shrub pruning, fence line vegetation maintenance, and grass weeding except for grass areas (including all gravel transition strips around the buildings), and removal of other pruned vegetation materials in accordance with the ....
