Grounds Maintenance Services, Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA and Hodges Village Dam, Oxford, MA

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform grounds maintenance services at both the Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA and Hodges Village Dam, Oxford, MA project areas. Grounds maintenance services include spring clean-up, spring fertilizer application, and fall clean-up at each project. Additionally, Hodges Village Dam requires annual planting maintenance to include mulch application and weed removal of landscaping beds. Buffumville Lake also requires landscape mowing of the hillside slopes at Pierpont Meadow Pond Dike, which requires specialized slope mowing equipment to mow slopes with an angle of incline up to 40 degrees.
