GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT OSAN AIR BASE

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform grounds maintenance services as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government property, equipment and services.  The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION(SYNOPSIS) NOTICE FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FAR PART 5.2. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT RESPOND TO INQUIRIES RESULTING FROM THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE.

51st CE is seeking a contractor with the capability to offer Ground Maintenance Service in Osan Airbase, Republic of Korea. A draft PWs is being provided; a final version of the PWS will be provided when the solicitation is issued.
