This is a services contract to provide renovation to the grounds of buildings 7471 and 7477, the Special Operations Mountain Warfare Training Center (SOMWTC) Climbing Tower and climbing equipment. The Government shall exercise supervision over the contract service provider performing the services herein; however, an onsite project manager is still required by the contractor.
