This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement for asphalt services in the Green River Lake Area (Green River Lake, Barren River Lake, Nolin River Lake and Rough River Lake). NOTE: The enclosed project is a SAMPLE project that will be used for price evaluation ONLY and will NOT be awarded.
