Presolicitation Notice The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division (NWD), Portland District intends to issue a commercial services solicitation, W9127N26QA059, for the repair of the asphalt at Green Peter powerhouse located at Green Peter Dam, Oregon. The Contractor will be responsible for removing the existing asphalt and up to 4” of fill, disposal will be offsite, providing and installing approximately 152 cubic yards of asphalt. Installation will start at the access gate and continue to the edge of the powerhouse totaling approximately 4104 square feet.
