The purpose of this solicitation is to pump solid and liquid waste from toilet vaults. Add 100 gallons of water to the vault after removal of waste. Transfer waste to a disposal facility in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Base year and 2 option years. Toilet pumping and addition of water to vaults to occur between October 1st and November 15th. All questions shall be submitted via email to Ashley.Stoltzfus@usda.gov and are due no later than April 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
