Great Texas Air Show- Tents, Canopies, Chairs- Amendment-0001

In support of the Joint Base San Antonio’s Great Texas Airshow on May 2-3, 2026, a vendor is required to provide rental, delivery, and set-up services for a large volume of chairs, tables, tents, and canopies, necessitating contracted logistical support.

The purpose of Amendment 0001 for the 2026 Great Texas Air Show is to incorporate questions and answers
and to revise the statement of work, salient characteristics, and location specifications. This amendment also
extends the deadline for the Request for Quotes to March 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST.
