All interested parties must review the recently amended SF 1449 that accompanies this notification as an attachment.  The SF 1449 conformed copy provides the Amendment 0001 changes as well as instructions on how to submit a complete/technically acceptable offer.  Any party that previously submitted an offeror in response to solicitation N6945024R0029 is required to submit a revised offer reflecting the Amendment 0001 changes to be considered for award.

The Roy M. Wheat Dinning Facility at Naval Air Station Meridian, MS has a roughly 1500-gallon underground grease collection tank that requires routine maintenance.  The contractor will be required to clean and treat the grease collection unit, as well as dispose of all contents extracted from the tank.  Any debris removed from the tank must be transited off station to a proper disposal site.  Maintenance services must be performed exactly one time every 30 calendar days (monthly).  Each contract performance period is one year in duration which means a total of 12 service events are expected to occur during each ....
