The work includes replacing the existing pool supply and return plumbing with a new overflow gutter system and sealing all legacy penetrations to restore watertight integrity. It also includes replacing damaged electrical conduit and wiring beneath the excavated deck, along with additional conduit, conductors, CPVC piping, and chemical house conduit as required.
